Small landholders in and around the village of Gotae Sodu deliver their heirloom coffee cherries to the mill where they are diligently washed and dried. Sky-high elevation, a mix of heirloom varieties, and attention to detail in processing produce a coffee that is exceptionally clear, complex and delicate. As a very terrior-driven coffee, expect a light body but tasting notes with natural integrity and persistent complexity upon cooling.
